Cofreth (M) Sdn Bhd has been appointed as the new Facilities Management Service Provider for Q Sentral, effective 1 August 2025.
We are writing to inform you that effective Friday, 1st August 2025, Cofreth (M) Sdn Bhd has been appointed as the new Facilities Management (FM) Service Provider for the Q Sentral building.
What This Means
- Cofreth (M) Sdn Bhd commenced services on 1 August 2025
- Cofreth will be responsible for the overall facilities management of the Q Sentral building
- Day-to-day operations and building services will continue uninterrupted
