Garbage Disposal Notice
All occupants are reminded to dispose of rubbish properly at the refuse chamber at Level LG2 — not in the pantry area common bins.
Reference is made to the previous notice dated 27th November 2025 (Ref No: QS/NOTICE/DS/2025/224). The Perbadanan Pengurusan Q Sentral (PPQS) has observed repeated incidents of improper garbage disposal in the pantry area located at every floor, which is classified as common area.
Excessive and oversized rubbish has been discarded outside of the pantry bin, which is strictly intended for small and minimal trash only.
Proper Disposal Requirements
In accordance with the Q Sentral By-Laws, all rubbish originating from units must be properly disposed of at the refuse chamber located near the Loading Bay at Level LG2. This requirement is essential to maintain cleanliness and to avoid pest and hygiene issues within the common areas.
Non-Compliance Warning
Please be advised that failure to comply with the above requirements, including disposing of rubbish in the pantry area, may result in written warnings and/or compound charges being issued to the respective unit owner or tenant as provided under the Strata Management Act 2013.
