Facilities Rental Fee Revision
Revised rental rates for Meeting Rooms, Gymnasium, Sky Garden, Booth, and Food Court take effect from 1 April 2026.
Please be informed that Perbadanan Pengurusan Q Sentral (PPQS) will be implementing a revision of the facilities rental fees for all types of locations within Q Sentral, effective from 1st April 2026.
Revised Rental Rates (Effective 1 April 2026)

* Booth rental is subject to management’s discretion.
All rates are subject to 8% service charge (effective date to be advised).
Security deposit of RM1,000 for all common space rentals must be paid separately.
Important Notes
- The refundable deposit remains at RM1,000
- All bookings submitted on or after 1 April 2026 are subject to the revised rates
- Bookings confirmed prior to 1 April 2026 remain subject to existing rates unless otherwise advised
- All payments are payable to “Perbadanan Pengurusan Q Sentral”
This revision is part of the Management’s ongoing efforts to ensure the sustainability, maintenance, and quality of facilities provided within Q Sentral.
